About our group

Westfield Street Community Pop-Up Café is a volunteer-led community café and surplus food project that helps reduce food waste while supporting local people. Each Monday morning, the café runs a pop-up food shop offering bags of rescued supermarket fruit, vegetables and bakery items for £2, alongside low-cost food products to help create nutritious meals at home. Through donations and food sales, the project raises funds for Bridgwater Foodbank and the Westfield Church homeless project, while promoting a no-waste ethos and sharing practical advice on making the most of food and reducing waste.
