Join CAG Somerset for a roundtable discussion with the team behind the new Glastonbury Reuse Shop

Wednesday, April 30th | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
The Red Brick Building, Glastonbury BA6 9FT

Come along and hear about Glastonbury Repairs Cafe’s journey of setting up a reuse shop —from securing a grant to finding a location and navigating their early days of operation.

Feedback from our CAG members indicates a growing appetite in Somerset to expand the repair network into repair, reuse, and sharing shops/hubs. With over 30 repair cafés across the county, many groups are eager to explore additional opportunities.

This event is a great event to:

✅ Share your ideas

✅ Ask questions

✅ Engage in lively discussions about setting up a reuse hub, library of things, swap shop, repair shop, or a new platform type.

Hear about some exciting new funding opportunities tailored for start-up reuse projects!

This is a free event. Booking is essential via the link below

A picture of a community allotment. wooden planters are in neat rows with small paths between them. Within the planters are different green leafy plants of varying heights. In some planters are canes growing peas. All plants appear to be seasonal summer vegetables. To the back right of the image are some sheds and the community allotment continues right through the image
