Glastonbury Re-Use shop launch
Saturday, 01 March @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
We could not be more excited to see Glastonbury Repair Café ‘s new venture the Re-Use shop come to life this Saturday with it’s launch in Glastonbury @red.brick.building
The aims of the new venture are;
-
Keep items out of landfills by reducing waste and avoiding unnecessary recycling breakdowns.
-
Rescue and restore items from local recycling centers, then offer them at affordable prices to everyone in the community—giving things a second life.
-
Show how the circular economy works—saving money and cutting emissions by reducing the need for new manufacturing.
-
Create a fun, welcoming space where people can browse, donate, or shop—bringing the community together.
They are also looking for more volunteers to support the venture so if you feel you have a skill or idea then please pop along or email Laura on lb.hpc3@gmail.com
