DESCRIPTION:We are a group of local volunteers\, bringing together our skills to share. We aim to reduce waste and the need to buy new items by mending bikes\, appliances\, clothing\, clocks and all sorts of other things. There is also the opportunity to learn new skills as repairers are able to teach how to maintain and mend. Our team of keen bakers offer a delicious selection of cakes and biscuits which makes the whole event a thoroughly enjoyable community gathering.

Sewing Hub isn’t just a place to drop off your sewing repairs\, but a weekly group where you can come and learn new skills\, try your hand at sewing or learning how to change a zip\, or take up your jeans\, repair a seam etc. Alter curtains It’s a space and chance to learn a new skill and save money by repairing your clothes\, or maybe a project such as making a new top? DESCRIPTION:CAG Somerset members are invited to take part in a practical\, people-centred Train the Trainer session designed to build local skills and help Repair Groups to run safely. This workshop will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to deliver PAT testing training within your own groups\, projects\, and community initiatives. \nTo get the most from the session\, you’ll need some prior experience delivering training or leading workshops. This helps us keep the day hands-on\, collaborative\, and focused. SUMMARY:Street repair cafe
DESCRIPTION:We are a group of local volunteers\, bringing together our skills to share. We aim to reduce waste and the need to buy new items by mending bikes\, appliances\, clothing\, clocks and all sorts of other things. There is also the opportunity to learn new skills as repairers are able to teach how to maintain and mend. Our team of keen bakers offer a delicious selection of cakes and biscuits which makes the whole event a thoroughly enjoyable community gathering.
